Today I’m going to talk about Minami Sakaide Castle. It’s said that Minami Sakaide Castle was built by Yoshishige Satake. The castle is so old that no one knows when it was built. I also want to tell you about Soryuji Temple. The temple was originally built in Mito in the 1300s. It was moved here in 1699. There’s a 500-year-old nutmeg tree near the temple. It’s so big that there used to be a cherry tree inside it.
